Terms of Service

1. General
   1. These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Player’) and BetHub (hereinafter referred to as the ‘BetHub’)
   2. BetHub accepts ONLY bets within Philippines. All bets accepted by BetHub are subjected to these terms & conditions.
   3. BetHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. All editions will show version number and validity start date.
   4. Players must be at least 21 years of age to place bets with BetHub. BetHub reserves the right to void any transactions involving minors.
   5. Students of any school, college or university in the Philippines, employees of BetHub, PAGCOR, and any of its associated companies, Philippine government officials, members of the Philippine military and law enforcement agencies, are not allowed to register and place bets with BetHub.
   6. It is the exclusive responsibility of each player to ensure the due compliance of the above‐mentioned rules, before registering with BetHub.
   7. BetHub shall have an absolute discretion in the acceptance or rejection of all or part of the bets.
   8. BetHub Games reserves the right to change any of the rules anytime without prior notice.
   9. We shall treat any breach of these Terms and Conditions as a serious matter and we may take any steps at law, which we deem fit and proper to protect our interests.
2. Player’s Account
   1. To access BetHub, the player must first register an account via BetHub outlet or website and verify their account.
   2. It is obligatory for players when registering with BetHub to:
      1. Register in their own name and surname giving accurate, correct, complete and up to date details;
      2. Register with correct, complete, accurate and up to date place of residence;
      3. Register with a valid e‐mail address;
      4. Register with a correct fixed line home/mobile phone number.
      5. Register with valid place of birth and date of birth.
      6. Register with accurate source of income and the industry that the player is in.
   3. We reserve the right to immediately close any account if it was found that the information provided is ineligible or inaccurate. Additionally, any player who fails to complete the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process within 3 days will have their account closed, and any funds or credits associated with the account shall be forfeited
   4. BetHub reserves the right to close a player’s account at any time, without stating the reason. In this event, the balance left on his/her account will be returned to the player.
   5. The player is allowed to register only one account per BetHub Outlet. Registering of multiple accounts is not permitted. Should BetHub have reasonable suspicions that any of BetHub players has opened multiple accounts with BetHub. BetHub reserve the right in our absolute discretion to freeze that player’s account or to close the account immediately and the player shall forfeit all his/her winnings. The players shall also be liable towards BetHub for damages and costs incurred as a result of the fraud.
   6. The player is responsible for the secrecy of his own account number and passwords. Any online bet in player’s account will be effective. In the event player suspects that their personal information is stolen, please inform BetHub customer support immediately to change the detail information.
   7. The player shall not allow any third party using the player’s login details. The player accepts full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity and, without derogating from the generality of any other indemnity contained herein, indemnifies and holds BetHub harmless in respect of any damages arising from the same.
   8. We specifically do not permit BetHub players to do any of the following:
      1. To act on behalf of another person or third party;
      2. To deposit money originating from criminal activity;
      3. To use in any manner whatsoever their player account or that of third
      4. parties for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
3. Deposits into Player’s Account
   1. The Player may only participate in any game if the player has sufficient funds in the player’s account. BetHub never gives the player any credit whatsoever for participation in any game.
   2. Player account wallet balances will not bear interest.
   3. Funds deposited in one account is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another player’s account.
   4. All information required to deposit funds into the player’s account, can be found under “Mode of Payment” page on Bethub player’s portal. The Player can use any of the methods available to him/her as specified in these pages as may be amended from time to time.
4. Withdrawals from Player’s Account
   1. Player may withdraw from his/her account at any amount up to the available wallet balance in the player’s account by issuing Bethub with a valid notice of withdrawal on the player’s portal or through the Cashier of the Authorized Bethub Outlet. The processing period for the withdrawal of funds prior to their release shall be between 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Bets
   1. Player may place bets up to the game’s bet limit. BetHub reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend both its deposit, withdrawal and betting limits.
   2. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure bet details are correct. Once bets have been placed and acceptance has been confirmed, the player can no longer void or change it.
   3. The necessary funds must be deposited into the player’s betting account before the bet can be accepted by BetHub.
   4. All winnings will be credited to the player’s account. Winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use and BetHub reserve the right to void any transaction involving such funds.
   5. If Bethub mistakenly credits the player’s account with winnings that do not belong to the player, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Bethub and the amount will be transferred out from the player’s account. If prior to Bethub becoming aware of the error the player has withdrawn the funds that do not belong to him/her, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by the player to Bethub. In the event of an incorrect crediting, the player is obliged to notify Bethub immediately by email or phone.
   6. The player must ensure that he/she understands the terms of the registration of the bet request before he confirms the placing of the bet.
   7. When placing a bet on BetHub’s games, the player is solely responsible for his/her own account transactions. Please be sure to review bets for any mistakes before sending them in. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. BetHub does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by the player and will not entertain discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated.
   8. In accordance with the regulations set by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering laws of the Philippines, individuals making deposits into their BetHub account, regardless of whether they receive a bonus, are required to wager the deposited amount at least once (1) in any game(s) prior to initiating a withdrawal.
6. Consent for Communication
   1. To enhance your interaction with us, BetHub may deliver communication materials, encompassing, but not confined to, essential administrative notifications, legally mandated announcements, projects, campaigns, or promotional content. Email/SMS/Phone Calls/Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and similar platforms)
7. Miscellaneous
   1. As a condition of your use of this service, you warrant to BetHub that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
   2. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
   3. By accessing BetHub’s Games you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You must not access our pages if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
   4. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and any other language version, the English language version will prevail.
   5. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
   6. We do not accept any responsibility for failure in any equipment or telecommunication that prevents the placing of correct bets.
   7. BetHub exclusively owns or holds licenses for all logos, images, animations, audio, videos, text, publication materials, codes, and software provided to players or the public. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials by any player or third party is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by BetHub.
